Dr Catriona Murphy

Catriona Murphy PhD, MSc, MA, PGDip, Cert Ed, BSc is currently a lecturer and researcher at the University of the Shannon and previously worked for 12 years in academic management. She has a keen interest in interdisciplinary research with a strong focus on people management, business, food, sustainability, and community development.  She has a track record in post graduate examination and supervision ranging from Masters to PhD’s and continues to work for the public and private sectors in tourism and community planning and development.
